I don't know how to track down which IP Windows Update uses nor whether that could possibly be the problem. If the problem exists in a clean boot, probably 3rd-partyĪpps & services are not to blame. It took 3 seconds just now to say my device is up to date. But, as I said, I don't have a slow Windows Update in this installation. The Windows Update troubleshooter always finds & fixes these three items.Įverything else is "not present".
